Looks like you can do both print and an Ebook for $49 per title as a base price on Ingram Spark.

#mathselfpublishing looks like they have a nice tool online to help you calculate how much a print edition would be. Let& #39;s say I& #39;m looking at doing a 5x8 coffee table companion book, standard color, matte, 100 units.
