ok i& #39;m a huge dummy about cooking and i have a hyperspecific cooking question that maybe a smart person here can help me with so i& #39;m gonna tweet it out!!!
so BECAUSE i am a huge cooking dummy i ordered some meals last month from In Good Company, where local chefs make frozen versions of restaurant meals that you can heat up at home at your leisure. they& #39;ve been great so far! https://www.eatigc.com"> https://www.eatigc.com
they come in washable, reusable metal containers, and in most cases you just stick these right in the oven to bake & #39;em
the ones i& #39;ve made so far have had fairly specific instructions about the lid, and when/if you should take it off
but, the one i was planning on making today does not! it just says to "place dish into oven". obviously at stage 5 you& #39;ve got to take the lid off, if it& #39;s on, but it doesn& #39;t say to take it off so does that mean it shouldn& #39;t be on in the first place?
