Today& #39;s my 22nd & officially last day of isolation/quarantine.

The first days were frightening bc i had vry high fever and chills esp during the nights--i was alone and didnt tell any family nor friends abt it.
After the 3rd day, i got better and had only mild cough, cold, & sore throat for the next 3 days.↓

Day 7 to 9 was when I experienced labored breathing which then triggered my panic attacks bc i thot i was gonna get worse and suddenly die (alone and will be found only when my corpse is decomposing already)

Thankfully, all symptoms were gone by the 10th day (up to now).
So yeah, i am fortunate to only experience mild symptoms but after ~12days, i still dont feel as strong & energetic as i was before covid. ↓

Hopefully once i start cardio again, my body (esp my lungs) will be as healthy & strong as before.

I am one of the fortunate ones but my heart goes out to the ones who lost their lives, loved ones, health, & livelihood to this virus and to the neglect of the natl govt to its people it swore to serve.

Im tired of getting mad at this govt, but i still get enraged bc we are all being robbed of the lives we deserve to live.

To end this thread, i wanna express how grateful i am for the prayers, ayuda, & words of comfort that helped me got thru this.
