The protests in Philly are over cops murdering a Black man in a mental health crisis. Cops who had shown up to an earlier call by Wallace& #39;s family laughed at his suffering. Instead of sending the ambulance Wallace& #39;s family called for or providing any assistance, they shot him.
Cops on Wed destroyed the car windows of a Black mom and beat her while she was trying to comply with orders, kidnapped her toddler and used him for racist, fascist propaganda during the protesting over Wallace& #39;s murder. But white disabled ppl want us Black ppl to shut up.
It still baffles and enrages me the audacity of the posts I saw after Floyd& #39;s death when, after weeks of protests and zero justice, not even an arrest, white disabled ppl were literally telling us to be quiet, we& #39;ve had our spotlight, and support them. Just them btw.
White disabled ppl had zero intention of speaking up for the disabled Black ppl brutalized and murdered by cops. Even now I don& #39;t see anyone with that crass ass DisabledLivesMatter tag speaking out against a disabled Black man& #39;s murder. #BlackLivesMatter

And before anybody starts with the "oh he had a knife!"
1. Cops seem mighty able to arrest white men actively shooting at them or mass murdering others
2. Wallace& #39;s family was trying to deescalate him
3. Being ill isn& #39;t a crime and crimes are supposed to be prosecuted

So yeah, a few cops could have and should have taken Wallace to the hospital instead of murdering him. If bikers injuring cops and civilians with a gang war can be arrested and go to court I think a Black man can go to the hospital alive for his mental health crisis
