I have adored my two years at the Houston Chronicle. The Chronicle& #39;s editors, reporters and photographers pushed me to be better — not only a better journalist but an all-around better person and friend. I am heartbroken I won& #39;t be able to say goodbye in person.

At the same time, I& #39;m excited to try something new at the Texas Tribune. I& #39;m honored to cover a beat I care deeply about and looking forward to many road trips!
