1. This means so much. I have spent so much time worrying about Luggard.

Luggard was shot in the leg when he was just 5 months old. Murera stepped on a poacher& #39;s poisonous spikes when she was just 2.

Both are orphans & have a limp. But now they have each other!

2. Luggard & Murera are in the second stage towards reintegration into the wild at @SheldrickTrust. The first stage is the nursery. The two of them are at Umani Springs which is for physically & emotionally traumatized orphans.

One day, they& #39;ll be back in the wild.

3. Luggard is such a kind chap. Humans have caused him nothing but misery, but he is very forgiving. At the nursery his best friend was Musiara. Luggard has a bad limp but Musiara would slow down so Luggard always had a pal on the way to bush school.
