The visit to the pub was TERRIBLE. I could not get in without filling out a literal form explaining my medical exemption. It ended in an argument. We& #39;re now trying to find somewhere else and I& #39;ve just had a huge panic attack in the car.

I did film everything that happened but cannot share it here without identifying myself. It was AWFUL.

It is a big chain of pubs. They keep a sheet on the front desk where you must write your reason. E.g rape, asthma, anxiety. This is Nazi stuff and a gross invasion of privacy

This is the form they told me I had to write the reason for my exemption on and refused me entry for not doing so (even tho form says they shoukdn& #39;t). This is do they can tell other customers *why* I& #39;m exempt. Unbelievable.
