I was just admitted to the Thomas Jefferson University Telehealth Facilitator Certificate Program to help with the COVID-19 crisis through Telemedicine (access to doctors from our homes). I have an economic hardship and cannot afford the $700 tuition. @JoeBiden, can you assist?
