I’m having a real Twitter dilemma:

1. Twitter is an amazing tool. It’s a place to learn, connect, inform, and is very useful for my career.

2. It feels increasingly unproductive to scroll here so much. It’s time consuming and zaps my mental energy.

Anybody else feel this way?
3. Twitter is so important for the exact conversations and learning that we all need to do right now as a society. I love that aspect of it. We can listen & learn so quickly.

But is it best for these interactions to happen virtually? Let alone in 280-character bursts?
4. I have friends who aren’t all over Twitter/IG/FB and guess what? They are some of the smartest and most informed people I know! I look up to them.

5. I just wonder sometimes if social media is truly our forever future or if we could see people start pulling away over time.
