Dealing with distractions and trying to do everything can be exhausting!

Try these tips to reduce distractions, improve your focus and productivity
Minimize disruptions (2/4)

Pay attention to how often you are distracted. Write them down. Document how much time is being robbed.
Now that you know what is (3/4) distracting you and how often you are being distracted

Find ways to overcome/prevent these distractions

Document what you tried and what worked.
Now take action and put in. (4/4) place your best strategies to avoid distractions.

Put down your phone and get to it
