The concept of being the person ultimately responsible for maintenance and repairs- girl. I don’t like. At all. My executive functioning skills are 0.

Pest control, hvac maintenance, lawn care, getting my gutters cleaned, hiring an electrician when outlets ain’t working.

Even figuring WHO to call for what is a thing- cuz this is all new to me.

Not selling cuz rent has shot up so much, and the housing market is still rising (despite the economic crisis).
