Today, we highlight Sheila& #39;s work with Ensibuuko for the past 4.5 years in different capacities. In her COO role, Sheila oversees our core operations and prioritizes- 1/

- resource allocation for multiple projects. For example, she is passionate about #cropinsurance and digitization of rural financial institutions like #VSLAs for communities without access to banks. 2/

She also works closely with Ensibuuko& #39;s board and senior managers to ensure that all our products put customers in the best position to succeed.We particularly celebrate Sheila for the excellence she brings to her work: smartness, honesty, and candidness! 3/
