I was trying to piece together @DonJBacon& #39;s bizarre twitter and campaign strategy, and I think I have it. It& #39;s not so much a strategy as it is a set of rules

1. Don& #39;t say bad things about Trump, or he& #39;ll risk the base
2. Don& #39;t say good things about Trump, he& #39;s too toxic in the general
3. Don& #39;t say bad things about Biden, or he& #39;ll risk the independents/moderates who will vote Biden. (Seems Don thinks Biden wins NE-02 based on these two rules)
4. Don& #39;t say good things about Biden, or he& #39;ll risk being associated with the left, thus hurting the base
5. Don& #39;t talk about general policy, as it will show he& #39;s no different than Trump, which breaks rule 2, and will vote against Dem/Indy policy issues, breaking rule 3.
6. Tout bipartisanship, but only through Luger Index, which is based on sponsoring/cosponsoring of bills, not votes. There is no bipartisanship when it comes to his votes, and he knows it. This would also break rule 3, as indys/mods would realize he will vote against all policy.
So, the only thing left to do is get behind random non-policy issues and attacking @karaforcongress. He has completely boxed himself in and is unable to have any honest policy debates as any position breaks at least 1 rule and finished him.
The clearest example of this is that his campaign website is completely devoid of any hint of policy positions, voting record, legislative achievement/goals, anything.
