it’s always a white-centered outlet that hypes a new act to no end bc they’ve discovered an off-key way to rap about shooting at niggas. when mick jenkins comes thru rapping bout drinking water and strengthening his relationship, he’s boring & out of touch

i believe it was Chainz that said “white folks love my music bc it’s as close to the jungle as they’ll ever get.” and we pay them muhfuckas to rate us. smh.

NY Times said that we were living in a “post-black” rap world bc of Macklemore in 2013 and we still eating up the shit they give us. it ain’t even take an above average white man. they shit the bed over mediocre ass Macklemore
