Can I be honest?

Anti-racism and activism work are so important and one of my greatest passions in life. It& #39;s also mentally and emotionally exhausting and deeply traumatic. I& #39;ve been vocally supportive of BLM since I was 17 years old, and I can& #39;t believe it& #39;s been six years
with so little change. I know I& #39;m speaking with privilege as a nonblack POC when I say that, and I know the trauma and exhaustion is so much worse for black people. But fuck, I want change. I& #39;ve wanted change since Trayvon was murdered. I& #39;m /tired/ of seeing black people killed,
and I& #39;m tired of seeing videos trending of their murder, because "proof" is the only way to get white people to notice and care, because that& #39;s the only way to actually get cops fired and held accountable.

There& #39;s not a point to this thread. I& #39;m just really, really tired.
