Despite the accounts of many, including someone claiming to be actual shooter, he sits in jail, proclaiming his innocence. No evidence points to him. Reports proclaim the case against Burrell focused mostly on the account of a rival, who changed his story a few times.

No DNA, no weapon. Witnesses say Burrell was not at the scene.
If this was so open and shut, why this? I don& #39;t doubt Senator Klobuchar feels for Mr. Floyd, the man killed in police custody.
