Okay Twitter apparently I lack "soft skills" so when you& #39;re slacking someone for help on a bug, do you start with a greeting "Hey Bob, how& #39;s your day going?" or just get to the point "Hey Bob, I need help on ticket xyz w/re to the Blah Service?"

Because honestly if I dont know you and you send me a "Hey how& #39;s it going?" slack I look like this...
