I& #39;ve always said that it& #39;s not my responsibility to decide if I& #39;m a fit for the job, that& #39;s the hiring manager& #39;s job. I just have to decide if a job is a fit for me. Far too many people fire themselves from jobs before they start, even if the person hiring them has faith. (1/3)

So I& #39;ve often ended up taking jobs I wasn& #39;t 100% sure I was qualified to do but I was 100% sure I& #39;d figure it out.
