It& #39;s May, so Mental Health Awareness month, and I think I& #39;ll share a story with you.

- we are not made aware about them enough.

I want to talk about exterior support here. My friend looked for help and didn& #39;t -
- receive it quickly enough, be it from me, other friends, the psychiatrist. I don& #39;t want to blame anyone, I don& #39;t want to think about a timeline where he would& #39;ve gotten the help needed and maybe lived, because that is not the case. In this timeline, he died, and I want this -
- to be a valuable lesson.

- mental state over people who are certainly not worth it. Live for today, not for the past or even the future. Don& #39;t take your friends or their happiness for granted. Worry about each other, love each other. Don& #39;t forget yourself. Take care of yourself. Make time for yourself.
You don& #39;t have to always be here for everyone. Some people are unfortunately not worth your time or attention, as they& #39;ll act like vampires that will suck everything out of you.

Listen to other people& #39;s needs, but make them aware of yours too. Don& #39;t put the world in front or behind yourself, walk side by side with it. If you get behind, call for people to wait a bit, and those who truly care will slow down, and vice-versa.
tbh I don& #39;t know where I am going with this thread anymore, haha
Basically, what I want to say is : stop being dicks to each other. Stop lying, be honest about your feelings, for there is no shame in them. Don& #39;t be afraid to look for help. Don& #39;t become an attention-seeker either

Mental health is about balance : you should have enough space for yourself and for other people.
Spend time with people and make alone time too. Find what makes you happy, which people you are comfortable with. Don& #39;t stay with someone just because you feel bad for them.
