If I understand correctly, people will be called on the number they text from. How can Deaf and HoH people provide their video phone or IP-Relay number?

Consequently, the Deaf and HoH community continues to be further marginalized.
This is why the legislative & executive branches need to include Deaf and hard of hearing individuals as a part of solution-making and ensure the state has a robust Deaf and HoH Commission.
