My neighbour was just chatting (at a distance) to a guy on the beach..he& #39;s up from Bangor to surf for a few days, staying in his van on the prom. There are people in caravans, people dandering around who aren& #39;t local.

This SCREAMS entitlement. People think they are on holiday, they let their guard down. The more people come and go the more.. 2/
